Hidden Springs Town Association, Town Council Meetings are held once a month and open for residents to attend. Meetings start at 7:00pm location TBA given Town Office restoration.

Hidden Springs Sewer Company business will be addressed first and open to both Hidden Springs Idaho and Cartwright Ranch. Hidden Springs Town Association business will be addressed second followed by an executive session (if needed).

Meeting Dates: 2/21, 3/21, 4/18, 5/23, 6/20, 7/18, 8/22, 9/19, 10/17, 11/9, 12/5. And the Annual Meeting 12/12.

Per HSTA Bylaws, Article 3 Section 3.1 – 3.4, the Town Association hosts a regular annual meeting for Members each year on the same day of the same month of each year thereafter.  A special meeting of the Town Association can be called as directed by the Town Council, or upon a petition signed by Members representing 1/3 (280 members) of the total voting power in the Town Association.

2023 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec 12, 2023 at 6:30 pm.  Notice of the Meeting will be delivered by mail not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the time of said meeting.
