Please visit the Community Calendar for the next regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting. Attend in person or by ZOOM. Hidden Springs Sewer Company business will be first and open to both Hidden Springs and Cartwright Ranch. Association business will be second. An executive session will be held following the meeting if needed.

TOWN COUNCIL ELECTIONS
“The success of Hidden Springs is dependent upon the support and participation of every Owner in governance and administration” (3.1 – Master Declaration). The community needs interested candidates with appropriate backgrounds willing to devote 20+ hours a month helping guide the community. Elections are held annually in December for appointment the following calendar year. If you are interested, please review the candidate information and forms linked below.
MEMBER REQUEST FOR RECORDS
Per the Master Declaration of Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions, Section 8.2 Inspection of an Association’s Books and Records, Section 8.2.1 Member’s Right of Inspection, and 8.2.2 Rules Regarding Inspection of Books and Records, Members may inspect and copy the membership register, books of account and minutes of meetings of the Town Council and committees of any Association for the two (2) most recent fiscal years prior to any request.
