Remember to register on the Hidden Springs Website and select "Homeowner" to receive announcements from the HSTA Office. To confirm that you are a Registered User with "Homeowner" designation, login using your username and password. In the upper right corner of your screen you will see your name, click on your name and review and or change your account information. Also, check your SPAM folder and remember to "white list" www.hiddensprings.com.
Often times, staff are available outside of posted office hours. Do not hesitate to come into the office if you see us, we will happily assist you!
For your convenience, the office will have additional office hours June 13-30, 2020 to process waivers and reactivate cards. Please allow at least 2-3 hours to process Waivers and reactivate your card(s) and/or fobs during regular business hours. If you drop off your Waiver at 2:00 pm on Saturday, it will be reactivated the following Monday.
