YMCA Triathlon

This week is full of daily swim, bike, and run training… a great way for youth to get involved in the sport of Triathlon! Training will include structured coaching to develop skills in the areas of swimming, biking (focusing on developing handling skills and road safety), and running, as well as transitions and nutrition.  Entry into a Y Not Tri, West Y Tri and the Hidden Springs Youth  Triathlon will conclude the week, allowing kids to put their work into practice! These camps are being sponsored by RODS Jr.  

Required Items:  Water bottle, snack, swimsuit, goggles, bike, helmet, athletic attire & shoes
