COMMUNITY BARN INFORMATION
This quaint red barn with a large deck and surrounding lawn located off W. Farm Court, located along Dry Creek in the Hidden Springs community is available for residents to rent. Non-resident rentals require a Hidden Springs resident sponsor to facilitate the rental.
Barn hours are by appointment or reservation only.
For residents to reserve the Community Barn, please email atm@hiddensprings.com. Reservations for the current calendar year are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations for the following Calendar year can be taken up to one year in advance of event date, but will not be confirmed until December of current calendar year to ensure the HSTA event calendar is finalized.
Residents may place a tentative “Hold” on the barn for five (5) business days. Upon receipt of a completed and signed Facilities Rental Agreement, applicable rental fees/deposit, the “Hold” will be removed and the reservation considered a contracted event.
Residents may sponsor a guest renter and assume liability for any occurrence at the venue. The resident facilitates the contract and fulfills applicable rental fees/deposit on behalf of the guest renter. The guest renter reimburses resident directly for the rental and also must obtain special event liability insurance.
