The Hidden Springs Town Council has drafted a proposed policy regarding the collection of delinquent assessments. Please follow the link to review Policy 210 Collection Procedure [proposed]

Well its been a very busy summer at the Hidden Springs pools. I hope that everyone found some time to relax at either the Clubhouse pool or the South Meadow pool.

This Wednesday, [August 25th] marks the start of the new school year and heralds the point in the season when the pool schedule will change.   Swim club, swim lessons and water aerobics have all concluded for the season and so those time slots are now converted to "open swim". Please see the link below for a detailed look at the pool schedule that will be in place for the remainder of the season.

Please remember that when you receive a parcel key in your mailbox indicating that you have a package waiting in a parcel locker, you need to leave the parcel key behind once you have collected your package.

The HSTA has suffered a loss of 12 parcel keys in the last week which limits the number of parcels that can be distributed as well as costs the association money to replace the locking mechanism... If you have one of these parcel keys at your home please return it to the HSTA ofice right away.

The post office has also requested that when a resident is heading out of town for vacation or extended business that they fill out a vacation hold form, for your convenience these forms are now available in the HSTA office.
